I guess it depends on where you bought it? If you bought it at your local shop I'd think they'd let you exchange it. Same thing if you bought it online. I guess with a shop it would depend on your relationship with them. Considering the cost of this, you'd think the QC would be a bit better.

The problem the LCS, as well as online entities I'd imagine, has is that DC or Diamond will only accept returns for broken figures for a short period of time, according to the shop I frequent. DCD is bad about broken parts. My Hush Ra's had a broken leg right out of the package. Hush Catwoman's arm snapped in two when I attempted to put her in a simple pose. I bought the case in both instances but did not open for a couple of months and by that time they were mine to keep. Opened up Crisis Helena Huntress recently and the crossbow hand falls right off.
ymorej any chance you could post some pics so that I might see what we're working with here? I'm not an expert but I may be able to provide some help.

Between this and the high cost of this line I've had to bow out of the AA/AC stuff. Kind of disappointing, but cheese and rice these things are that expensive and still have Q/C issues? C'mon DCC and other merchandisers. You can't jack up the price and still give us the same QC issues we dealt with when it was considerable cheaper. I'm not too sure, but he might have gotten a answer over on another forum. Not sure if this is the same guy or not though Namtab?
