Randy here.

Well, this year has been yet another tough one for me, still searching for a job as I come upon almost two years unemployed. There are a couple of slim possibilities on the horizon, if I make it that long! Worse part is how much it cuts into my toy buying!

I did manage to get most of NECA’s Evil Dead 2 line (missed the Deadite Ash but got the SDCC exclusive thanks to TG!) and The Terminator Kyle Reese figure (a figure I NEVER expected to see!) as well, so I am happy.  Those lovely Hot Toys Avengers & Red Skull figures and Tumbler vehicles still haunt my dreams.  The 25th Anniversary Predator and ALIENS lines already loom on the horizon 2013 as I see what old toys I can sell to make sure I have these!

But I still hold out hope for me in 2013… but could use all the help I can get!

My continued thanks this year to Scobus, Foam Smithy& his lady, Kricki & Duckman, ZombieQueen, Lady Tiamat, DaisyBalance, WarriorGeek & WarriorMom, NinjaLawyer. Lady Ella, Dizney Chick, Raw Dawg, Oddbatt, CrimsonRatt, El Pinko Grande, Jestr, Logan882, Kabuto, Robin & Rose, Gryphon & DB. You keep me from the dark places of my mind and make Life so much more fun for me.

But especially my parents, my brother Crowmaniac, my sister-in-law Head Ginger, Happy Jack (STILL the cutest nephew evah!), along with Umpire and Toygodd. All of your efforts are much appreciated and not forgotten by me.

And as always, you, the readers of AFTimes. I’ll keep typing as long as you keep reading.

So it’s time for some sleep (early morning delivery to LAX), then munchies, a little egg nog and then a live video opening of presents with my family back in MA.
Ain’t high tech wonderful?

I wish you all the best for the holidays and the year 2013 to come!
