We are now proud to present the license of the hugely popular classic Batman 1966 Live-action TV Series! First bringing to fans is this finely crafted 1/6th scale Batmobile collectible from the Series which is proudly unveiled at San Diego Comic Con today!

Fans, please visit the booth of Sideshow Collectibles (booth number: 1929) to have a close look at our one-of-its-kind Batmobile! More collectibles from this Series are coming soon! Stay tuned!

Okay, I have been waiting for someone to get the license for the ’66 TV series figures and vehicles, and now, the best company in the world has got it.
We’ll probably get Batman and Robin, but the question remains which Catwoman will they do? Lee Meriwether who was in the Batman film version, all time goddess – Julie Newmar ,or Eartha Kitt from season 3? My first choice would be for Julie Newmar, and then for Eartha Kitt…
Man, I am in heaven with this announcement… Write in below and tell me I’ve got company or am I friendless nerd.

    I’m with ya!
Here’s hoping there’s sound with this so we can hear the turbines get up to speed!

Gotta lead with Newmar, but having heard Ms. Kitt do the purr in person many years ago, she’s a STRONG 2nd place!

Wonder if they can sneak Bruce Lee’s Kato in under the license, since he was in an episode?

I think I speak for every 59-year-old Bat Fan on the planet when I say, “WOOHOOOOO!!!”

And please, please, please go with Julie Newmar! Met her once; she signed my Catwoman figure with “Purrfect!” and she still had the best legs I’ve ever seen (sorry, hon) and she will ALWAYS be “my” Catwoman!
