GreenLight Starts the New Year in Hot Pursuit of Collectible Success
GreenLight Collectibles releases 1:64 Hot Pursuit Series 9 as the first new series of 2012
In order to set the mood for a successful 2012, GreenLight has one of their best sellers leading the pack into the New year – 1:64 Hot Pursuit. This law enforcement themed product line was the sell through spectacle to watch this past year. It performed exceptionally on every level of the supply chain and kept cranking out the superior standard on which all other police collectible die cast replicas are measured.
Each department replicated in Hot Pursuit has to grant GreenLight the permission to produce their name and likeness. Acquiring the approval through direct contacts within the department allows for GreenLight to obtain official photos for use in authentically replicating the fleet vehicle. Sometimes acquiring this permission can cause a problem, but as Hot Pursuit has gained more popularity, more police departments have been approaching GreenLight to replicate their vehicles. Making sure that Hot Pursuit stays hot will entice more departments to grant their permissions in the future.
Series 9 is expected to perform in the same sell through spectacular manor as its predecessors as it is packed with brand new departments and castings. 1:64 Hot Pursuit Series 9 will include the new 2011 Ford Explorer. This is the first use of this tooling in Westfield Indiana Law Enforcement livery.
